A crazy pre-Christmas day, but crazy in a good way, I think...

Should have been out this morning on my annual Christmas wreath making course with my oldest school friend, but we both decided we had neither the time nor the energy this year, so instead we went to a nearby farm shop for hot chocolate, a mince pie and a natter. Back home it was time to ice the Christmas cake, put up more decorations around the house, sit down to a big family Sunday lunch, sink into a post lunch slumber, then head out to the local church for the carols by candlelight service. Back home now and time to finally sit down and light the fourth candle on the Advent wreath.

So yes, a crazy day, but definitely in a good way...
