Interruptions

In a New York Times Magazine interview with literary critic and author Cynthia Ozick, I found this quote.

"I notice no 'interplay of life and art.' 
Life is that which pressingly, persistently, unfailingly, imperially interrupts."

Ain't it the truth! 
And the hurrieder I go, the behinder I get. 
In art, that is.
