Dodgy

One of the many versions of dodgy today ... I noticed these foundations of the building next to Victoria Bridge in Kendal as I was rushing back and forth from where I was working to the office where I had access to a computer - my laptop having been declared beyond dodgy; more dead. There are 3 (or 4) storeys to this building and this was presumably damage that was done last winter during the floods. Over 700 still haven't been able to return to their homes yet.
