Newhaven

A weekend away and a visit to Newhaven on the outskirts of Edinburgh. We rented an apartment for the weekend. It was on the 5th floor of a modern development in what must have been a harbour complex at some time in the past.

The panorama shows the view from the apartment. A view onto the Firth of Forth. Being a new development in what would have been an industrial area, it was quite a long walk to the pub, and the wind was quite cool, so a bracing walk in the evening. A nice pub however, and a very comfortable apartment.
