Ding Dongs Again

The Ding Ding Belles performed for the residents of Nichols Court. It's a lovely place where the elderly live in their own flats but have the advantage of staff and facilities to support them if necessary. They seemed to enjoy our performance and all joined in with the carols.
I wanted a photo of us all so asked one of the choir member's daughters to take one with my phone. It's quite unusual to come across a pre-teen who appears to be quite bamboozled by a smart phone camera. It took a long time (hence our frozen grins) and she seemed determined to chop her mother off the end of the picture.
Afterwards, we went to the pub for a Christmas drink and to discuss our next move (possibly a wedding but this is not without some controversy).
D is home now for Christmas (hurrah!) and his arrival was shortly followed by the delivery of a case of champagne (double hurrah!).
