Monochrome Christmas - the tree on the coal pier

A wet , windy , wild day in Dunoon.  The  town was absorbed in the search , and news of the search, for 19 year old Alasdair McVicar who went missing in the early hours of Wednesday morning, walking back from a party.

His body was found late in the afternoon in a loch beside the main road and every thought is now with his family and friends.

Awful at any time.  Particularly terrible today.
