Almost a sunrise

I almost posted a photo of a gorgeous sunrise, but well, how many gorgeous sunrises does one journal need! Instead here's a photo of an irrigation water meter box... overflowing.

These boxes are scattered about all over the land and house all the irrigation water meters for each group of users, so that they know how much to charge us. I have no idea why this one's over-flow pipe is doing just that, and maybe I should tell someone... but it's not quite that simple.
