Ah Christmas, cheese, chocolate, wine, gin, more cheese, meat, more meat, meat with cheese, wine etc and then finally ....

Gout.

If you've never had it then I would advise against it. I think it's because I've not been drinking enough water. Very annoying.

So today I've been drinking water and the odd ibuprofen.

We've also watched the first 2 Godfather films. It must be 25 years since I last saw them, what a disappointment. More ham than a butchers convention. I might read the books.
