Yippee! It's finished

My Open University submission is finished and uploaded to the Assessors.  Now I can get on with the rest of my life yipee! The course has been enjoyable but taxing - now we have to wait THREE MONTHS!!!!! for the results. I'll probably have forgotten all about it by then, but hopefully remembered all about getting into Manual and metering and all those other things that are supposed to produce good shots:) There have been sad bits to my day too  -  this morning I attended the funeral of Phyll, my next-door neighbour.  She was 95 and had been ill for some time and died last week. I was tearful going there, but the service was so beautiful and reflected her as she was - peaceful, kind and a lover of roses and birds - that I felt quite uplifted for the rest of the day. Especially as I managed l to bring some closure to my OU stuff. My blip, by the way, is the box I keep my best dress in. That will no doubt get an airing this weekend with family in Glasgow. If I'm unable to get online over the weekend I wish you all the best for 2017  -  see you then if not before:)
