Don't believe everything you are told!

Attend the SFA Youth Level 1 course today. Six hour course down in Galashiels. I was told before hand that you didn't need to participate if you didn't want to (i.e. as a player / demonstrator). Wrong! We must have done about 4 hours of running about in a hall with no air con on one of the hottest days of the year (not hard).

Despite all the sweat it was actually a pretty goof course and we got the DVD and a booklet to go with it.

I have to say though based on the quality of some of the participants, it is no wonder the Scottish national team hasn't done very well for a while! Plus there are a few holes in the overall programme that for me will mean that things won't improve anytime soon.

P.S. I had to miss the Colts 2nd league game. Ended up getting beat 2 v 5 (plus only had 8 fit players midway through the 2nd half).
