Sunbathing

After a mostly cold, wet day the clouds thinned mid-afternoon and the weak sunshine was very warm. That was a signal for the lizards to sneak out of their lairs to soak up the heat. I crept around the garden and found several that didn’t scuttle away. I loved the toes on this pregnant female. All spread out for maximum coverage.
