Obsessive Chef

One of the comments on my blip yesterday reminded of a gift I got from our lovely daughter at Christmas. :-)

Recognising my tendency to OCD she bought me a wooden chopping board which has a grid marked on it so that I can ensure that my veg is perfectly sized!

It also has a 'protractor' scale so that I can slice my runner beans at even angles......
