On the eleventh day of Christmas...

My true love gave to me,
Eleven cakes a baking,
Ten degrees below freezing,
Nine cookies a crunching,
Eight sparklers a twirling,
Seven piglets a snuffling,
Six robins a racing,
Five gol-den sunrises,
Four chinking glasses,
Three Russian Santas,
Two sparring Mummers,
And a Robin in a Japonica tree!

This afternoon a neighbour popped round to try and help us eat up the mountain of Christmas cakes we still have in the cupboard (this is only a small selection!). We managed to finish off the Irish Cream, but even though we ate so much that we now can't face our evening meal, we hardly put a dent in the cakes!

So if you should be passing and fancy a slice of Christmas Cake, Yule Log, Stollen or Chocolate Brownie Christmas Pudding, or a Lebkuchen, Mince Pie, Gingerbread, Shortbread or Christmas Tree Biscuit, just knock on the door! You'd be more than welcome!!
