Green Bee-eater(Merops orientalis)

Cannot resist these birds, I know where a whole family like to perch and I can never resist visiting them. They are just so beautiful and so colourful. Green Bee-eaters to my mind have the most sensational colour combinations-turquoise and green, I just love them. As you can see this little beauty stayed perfectly posed! Most of the time they are super active and very hard to capture until there are no flying insects around!
