Dougal and Florence

It rained overnight, but this morning has been sunny with some rain showers as well as some thunder.

Today's blip shows Dougal and Florence in the garden, they were taking it in turns to wash each other and for once were unconcerned about the camera.

As it is a Bank Holiday weekend, having spent the morning agonising over what to include in my OU EMA I have decided that this afternoon I will do some research on one of my family trees.

Yesterday's Hoverfly has been identified on Flickr as 'Volucella inanis' I do not know whether this is correct or not.
