The cracking start to 2017 continues - literally....

Filleting some chicken thighs for our tea and one of my expensive Kyu knives shattered - fortunately no injuries sustained.

An otherwise blipless day saved by the bell! It was as an open day at Mrs madwill's studio - so I was there all day and no real chance to get out and take a photo - a steady stream of customers kept us busy!
