A newbie

This mantid must only be relatively new as it would only have been about 2 cm in length if that.  Hiding in the bushes which surprisingly are free of my jumpers and lynx spiders.  I suppose they have gone on a Summer holiday but I couldn't find even one today.

It's been a lovely day, I took the hounds for a long walk along Redhead beach and we all had a swim at the end.  The water was jade green, crystal clear and a very passable low 20s in temp.  Delicious!  The other typical Summer thing I did today was buy some cherries at the markets.  Yummo!
