Returning Boat

A bit of reading in the morning, which reminds me that we instituted a reading hour the night before as we both feel we don't read enough except on holiday.
It was a great success - though next time I should make sure I'm not too tired. Still, I enjoyed my twenty minutes reading.
Later, out to the garage with the son to sort it all out - stuff to go to his place, to mine, and to the tip. Well, we got it sorted but a second day is going to be needed as the daughter has left dozens of plant buckets there from some wedding months ago.
Home to sandpaper the stair treads and risers. What a life. And a first! M&S dine for two! Though aren't you supposed to get a bottle of wine thrown in? Just as well I'm aff it.
