Starfish

A day of cloud and occasional torrential rain. We headed along the coast heading South, and hoping to find the sun. This photo is taken in Johnshaven, a small fishing port about 30 miles South of Aberdeen.

The shop in the picture is one of the places which will participate in NEOS. This is an annual event where local crafts people open their studios for just over a week, or exhibit them in locations around Aberdeenshire.

The rain caught up with us, we headed further South as far as Montrose. Here we decided we should return to Aberdeen, have a pizza at ASK, and plan our next vacation in the sun.
