The Ups & Downs of life.

LA & Stewart, having a bank holiday in hand came up for a visit. The 70th birthday may have had some bearing on the matter. Beside the point.

I'm one of those funny folk who can find an up side & a down side to most situations. I suppose the most recent being retirement 4yr ago.
The Up side ... It matters not, one tittle or jot, when the good weather is: you can use it.
The Down side ... You don't get any Bank Holidays.

70th Birthday meal: Down side - weight goes UP by 4lb over night.
Up side - Weight dropped by 3lb the day after that.

That meal the 4 concerned were The Gaffer, Me, Clicky & The man.

Tonight's 4 were The Gaffer, Me, LA & Stewart.
