Spent Eucalyptus fucifolia

I seem to be constantly drawn to  spent flower heads at the moment, finding them quite beautiful in their decadence.
The Rainbow Lorikeets have been, the honeyeaters have been, the bees have been and the torrential rain finished them off.
I thought this could be perfect for Derelict Sunday.  May not be, but I am putting it up just the same.
