splashing about

an unusual sight for me this morning- a bird splashing around in the bird bath in the rain. I rarely see birds using it and this one didn't hang around for too long. This was taken through the rainy kitchen window so is a bit hazy but I was so pleased to get anything at all as it flew off soon afterwards. I think it might be a thrush but any suggestions welcome as not good at the bird recognition.
