How wet is wet?

Well, in Joe's case he is drookit!!
Very wet indeed.
But it's not raining.
The "grass" is very wet today after the snow melting but he doesn't seem to mind. He wasn't too keen on the towelling I had to give him though.
A couple of thoughts ( it's all my brain is capable of)
Does anyone else think that four days in the Popular Pages is a bit too long? I think two days would be better as it would allow more "change around."
I was watching a certain President elect on TV this morning and it started me thinking, when does confidence become arrogance!!
