Barker Coffee - my new favourite place

I recently found this cafe in one of the Arcades in Cardiff. I have recently realised that I love spending time in these areas - it's outside but it's inside also. As of right now I plan to spend many of my days off work here with my Kindle in tow!! In general I have noticed in recent years that there many more cafes who place great emphasis on their outside eating spaces. I wonder if that is a Cardiff thing, a Welsh thing or does it come from the fact that smokers can't sit inside if they want to smoke. Either way I appreciate it because these spaces are gorgeous places to spend time.
