Keep it up

I've been on a diet of healthy eating and reduced portion sizes as things got a bit out of control since early November. It's only been a week (I've decided to make my weekly weigh in time Sunday night- yes I want to be that tough on myself).

I've gone from 12 done 11 to 12 stone 3.5 in a week. I'm pleased with myself :-) I know the weight loss will be much less after the initial week but I'm determined to keep it up till all my trousers fit very comfortably and till my face looks less grey :-)
