Keynote speaker

Every single computer across every campus of my University currently has this jolly message as its screen saver. I guess there's no escape for me now. Tomorrow I will start writing the slides for the advertised presentation.

Even though I don't officially work on Tuesdays, I had to go into work today to attend a couple of meetings. This was mainly to take part in discussions about staff restructuring. I will claim today back on another date.

Exercise today: sit-ups, weights and stretches; walk to work and back (17,873 steps).
