Indian Pond Heron

A very smart Indian Pond Heron, trying his luck from a very pretty, flowery branch. This bird is much darker than the other pond Herons on the Wadi today and there are quite a few! They do not share fishing posts and they like to make growling, gutteral noises at intruders. Fun to observe.
