Demo at the Subscription Rooms, Stroud

Woodpeckers and I went to the Subscription Rooms at 5pm to join a demo timed to mark the inauguration of an American President. I don't like to use that word.

There weren't too many others there and the speeches seemed unfocused, but maybe it reflected a group of people dispirited by current events, both locally and globally. There weren't however inspiring words to enthuse the participants which I thought would have been a more productive outcome of such a gathering.
