Bloody brilliant lunchtime walk with Benelia, look at the colour of that sky! Before and after was work. And then new nails, Lidl, dinner and a brisk walk.

On Wednesday Mika was delighted that after a good 3 months he managed to get me doing proper actual squats. He was so delighted he made me do loads of them. As a result sitting down, standing up and stairs are all A Bit Of A Painful Problem.
