New Boathouse On The Cam,

I went for a long walk by the river in the frosty sunshine. Very busy with rowers as the new university term has just begun. These lucky students have a brand new boathouse which replaces the smaller one built in the 60's. This serves  Churchill, Kings and Selwyn colleges, also the Leys school. It has changing rooms, fitness rooms, four club rooms, one for each rowing club and garage style storage bays for the boats. This seems rather a good idea.
