A dish of sun
Last Tuesday evening I made myself late for choir practice watching Rick Stein's Weekend Away in Greece. He was making, with his usual élan that make everything look simple and swift, a lamb stew that had been served to him by a Greek celebrity chef.
Today, as the cloud occasionally rained on Dunoon and the air remained cold and raw, I recreated that same stew. And it was indeed simple and the results were delicious and reminded me of hot evenings in Crete.
