Three Shards

A mono shot for Monday.

Designed by Daniel Libeskind, who subsequently became the master planner for the World Trade Centre in New York, this is in many ways a minimalist building. The design for Imperial Museum North is based on a shattered globe split into three interlocking shards representing earth, water and air.

It's a night shot (and it's a bit grainy being a phone shot). I ended my day at the Quays.

Thanks to Marlieske for today's challenge
