Wide Angle Wednesday - Distortion

Another beautiful sunny morning and the task was to try and show wide angle distortion - not so easy when the ultra wide-angle lens I have is 'rectilinear' i.e. is designed to reduce it as much as possible!

Anyway I think I found a couple - the main shot with the row of silver birches (which are perpendicular, honest). I also rather liked the bendy pylon on the right. The extra shot looks as though the metal gate is twisted.

Both shots were taken with the camera almost on the ground pointing upwards....I did get wet and muddy knees, much to the amusement of at least one set of dogwalkers who were passing at the time!

Many thanks to Hobbs for hosting this challenge.
