Guess What :-(

Yes, hospital again.  

The strategy when a pain spike occurs is to sit it out at home.  Very hard to watch your child, screaming in pain for hours.  Jamie has a cold virus and woke up in an awkward position in bed which had triggered a spike in his back pain.  After 4 hours of trying to cope we needed paramedics with gas & air to help mobilise him but they then insisted he be checked out in hospital   So here we are ... for how long I don't know.

Ruth is due to set off on an exciting round Britain rail trip tomorrow but as she has a temperature of 100 this must be in doubt too.  Hard to believe these things can keep happening :-(
