Glenderaterra Valley

The weather didn't look very promising but there was only a little light rain so we decided we would go for a walk.  We set off heading towards the walk up to Tewit Tarn.  As we got near to Keswick the rain increased until when we arrived at the footpath it was pouring down.

We decided we weren't so keen on a walk!  We took some shots looking towards the Glenderaterra valley with Blease Fell to the right and Lonscale Fell on the left of the shot.

Then we cut over into St Johns in the Vale before heading back home for a warm dry cosy but lazy afternoon.
