He really is such a lovely dog:)
Thank you to everyone for you comments and advice- we love the dog whisperer Cesar Milian and used his principles when Louie was a puppy- we think that's why louie turned out to be such a legend.
So we will try to help Roxy-will still have a trial and give her more time:)
