Tacky or tasteful?

Sorry not been on in a few days... bank holiday weekend. Been busy with weddings and work.

I'll not write too much as its a backblip. This was on the wall of a bathroom in a cafe. It was above the toilet and I couldn't decide if it was tacky or actually alright. (it was at eye level and straight, I've just took a 'typically wonky/arty angled shot) either way it caught my eye and thought it should be shared.
