Skiers' highway

If I were a cross-country skier, I would be very unhappy with this season. The only tracks for the classic style skiing in Pirkkala this winter have been on ice of small Vähäjärvi lake. And now those tracks seem to be icy and wet. The most serious skiing enthusiasts are practising skate skiing, but I don't know are they much happier. However, I don't mind, I don't ski. I'm waiting for spring.  Still, it's sad if global warming will take snowy winters from us.
