RNLI

A week or so ago Baron drew my attention to the small road that goes east under the Kessock Bridge along the northern shore of the Moray Firth. So on this clear afternoon I went to investigate and stretch my legs. But although clear there was a very strong wind. There is an RNLI inshore rescue boat station nestling under the bridge and its two flags were flapping away. Once round the corner past the bridge the road was sheltered to some extent by the higher ground round Craigton - for which I was very grateful.
