Farrier Richard came around today to do the horses. He does have the advantage of having an oven in the back of his van and although he claims the cold doesn't worry him, I didn't spend a lot of time watching him at work and left Angie to keep him supplied with coffee.

Walking the dogs getting to be a problem finding a place where the paths have been flattened by a vehicle. In the evening took off to Ottobeuren hoping the forest tracks there had been well flattened. Driving through the town, did notice the ice cream parlour was not doing a roaring trade.even though the temperature had soared to -7°C.

Sauna this evening - going from +85°C to -15°C in a few seconds is quite an experience. Have saved you from seeing the photos.
