Having tasted celeriac soup at the the Temple Soup lunch,, I decided to try it out. The recipe called for 2 leeks, 2 celery hearts as well as the celeriac itself. Once chopped it took too much space for my normal soup pan, so I had to revert to my mother's jam pan. The resulting soup is delicious even if I have rather more than anticipated
