Rainbow over Edinburgh Castle

You know when rainbows look much better in real life than they do in a photo? Here's the evidence, snapped on my walk to work this morning.

Over the course of my day on campus I took part in five meetings, cleared my email backlog to zero, and set an out of office message to 16th February (holiday ahead - hurrah!)

Exercise today: sit-ups, weights and stretches; walk to work and back again (17,013 steps).
