Well as expected today's portrait is selfie with my boy, the oldest one this time who is here for the weekend....a nice relaxing start to the day, no gym for me today and a naughty sausage sandwich breakfast!

Family lunch today then no doubt lots of wine and a night in watching TV...the boy will be riveted!
