Err, let's see. The second half of the beer - boiling the wort that had been left to sit overnight so that the alpha, or is it the beta, amylase could do it's thing of converting the starch into fermentable sugars. It's an attempt to get that nice crisp dryness you associate with lager. We'll see. Some shopping and a nice chicken dinner with lots of beer.
