No Riding

Waitangi Day today; New Zealand's national day. A source of "cringe" to many, according to our less-than-illustrious (pathetic, actually) excuse for a prime minister. What he means is that when Maori groups take the opportunity to point out the bad state of race relations, and the raw deal Maori get in many ways, it makes some whiteys feel uncomfortable. I say (and as one of those whiteys) it damn well should.

Anyway, enough of that, and on to today's trolley:

Lounging around outside the station, it would seem that riding a trolley is actually permissible; most everything else, clearly, is disallowed, but the trolley, it appears, is fair game.
