Spring in their Steps

Definitely a feel of Spring in the air this morning.
Feeling much milder after heavy overnight rain.
Misty early on, it had changed to sunshine by 8.30am
We picked up S in Ilkley and headed to Bolton Priory: a journey that took nine minutes.
After changing their shoes these two set off for their usual Tuesday run of around eight miles.
Much shorter than the runs S can do as she competes in 100 mile races!
Mr P's first run since his operation and all went well.
I did my walk while they were away and didn't feel the need to take many photographs as l knew l had this one in the bag, love a bit of contre jour.
