through the doorway

monomonday theme today is 'through the window' but I'd already taken this which is more of a 'down the stairs" before I spotted the theme. There is a door at the end so maybe that will do instead of a window! 
Had a great talk at camera club tonight by Colin Southgate FRPS who showed us some of his varied work including infrared photos, intentional camera movement (AKA blurry shots ) and macro shots. Some of the macros were of flowers dried and presses in the microwave. I'd meant to do try this ages ago but never got around to it. Now about to give it a go.  If it works I'll blip it later tonight.
