Krider's Red-tailed Hawk

That's what I think it is, anyway.  Please help me out with this ID if you don't agree.  When I saw it from a distance I thought it might be a Snowy Owl.  I didn't have binoculars and it was far enough away that I couldn't really tell what it was until I looked through the camera.  Krider's Hawks are rare in this area, but it really looks like some of the pictures I saw on line.  Anyway, I was excited to see it and consider it a new bird for me. :-)  Thanks to Cailleach for hosting WildWednesdays!
