Spin class - Cyclefit night!

Donning my new workout pants i am off and running...well, cycling really. Very chilly, but finally sunny, day. This is my Thursday to teach and i will be meeting my partner after her aquafit class finishes, for a long overdue visit. It is good to touch base and make sure we are still 'on the same page' in ourvteaching methods and styles. Really looking forward to my bed tonight!
