Pfusch des Tages

Do you remember what "ein Pfusch" was?  Today's Blip shows a repair to the Pfusch of the Day ("des Tages" being the way to say "of the day" in German - you're learning the Genitive case here).

The previous house owners had an extraction hood for their cooker.  Since the cooker will no longer be in the same position, G plastered the inside and watched in awe as the outside cover fell off.  They'd never bothered to fit it properly and we can't get to it to repair it because it's over the middle of the car port.

We need ladders to access it.

My alternative title was "Industrial Grey Sun In A Run Down Sky".  I like Pfusch des Tages better.
